There are many ways to train, but the overall concept that Craig crafted revolves around mass muscle recruitment. This concept is focused on activating each muscle fiber to 100% of its capacity, which is where most traditional training methods fall short of reaching. Pushing your body to the limit is the name of this game, but the secret sauce is provided when Craig switches gears by changing rep schemes and offering opposing muscle group combinations in succession.
